Refund policy

Returning or Exchanging an item

Au Vodka Ltd ("Au Vodka") will accept returns for any unused items within 14 days of receiving them. If returning items, the following conditions must be met:

  • You are liable for the courier costs of returning goods to us.
  • You must return goods in their original packaging.
  • You must include a printed copy of the sales invoice with the returned goods highlighted.
  • Ensure that goods are insured, as any damage will be the liability of the sender.
  • Goods are unopened and unused, and bottle seals are intact.

To return goods to us, simply send us an email with the following information:

  • Your name and order number.
  • The reason for returning your goods. 
  • The date the items will arrive back to our warehouse via courier.

If you paid for Standard Delivery when placing the order, we will refund this if you return. If a more expensive delivery option was selected, you'll have to pay the difference. 

If we deliver the wring product, a product is faulty or defective or is not as describes, please notify us within 7 days of receiving and we will either replace or resend the items and organise a full refund once the goods are returned to us.

Gift Cards ordered are non-refundable. 

A subscription is an exchange only item and cannot be refunded. Unless you have completed your 3 month minimum contract term.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled from the time they were placed up until 14 days after you receive your goods. To cancel or return an order, you must contact us at customerservices.ie@auvodka.com for further instructions. All approved refunds will be processed via the same method you used to pay.

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund the full value of your order. To cancel an order before it is dispatched, simply send us an email with your name and your order number and we will refund you.
